Parce que dans sa t\u00eate, <strong>elle transf\u00e8re le contr\u00f4le de la discussion entre les mains de celui qui tentera in\u00e9vitablement de lui vendre quelque chose et de le pi\u00e9ger par des questions auxquelles il n&rsquo;a pas toujours les r\u00e9ponses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il conna\u00eet la routine. On la lui sert \u00e0 chaque fois qu&rsquo;il met les pieds dans un magasin, qu&rsquo;il serre une main et entame la discussion dans un cocktail d&rsquo;affaires ou qu&rsquo;il tente d&rsquo;avoir plus d&rsquo;information sur un produit ou service quelconque.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Combien co\u00fbtent vos services? &#8230; &#8211; \u00c7a d\u00e9pend!<\/li>\n<li>Comment fonctionne votre d\u00e9marche? &#8230; &#8211; \u00c7a d\u00e9pend!<\/li>\n<li>Que me proposez-vous pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me? &#8230; &#8211; \u00c7a d\u00e9pend!<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7a couvre quoi la garantie? &#8230; &#8211; \u00c7a d\u00e9pend!<\/li>\n<li>Combien dois-je investir pour obtenir un r\u00e9el r\u00e9sultat? &#8230; &#8211; \u00c7a d\u00e9pend!<\/li>\n<li>Combien de temps durera le traitement? &#8230; &#8211; \u00c7a d\u00e9pend!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>\u00c7a d\u00e9pend<\/strong>,<\/em> peut vouloir dire quantit\u00e9 de choses pour votre client :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Que vous connaissez mal votre service et que votre offre est floue.<\/li>\n<li>Que vous manquez d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, \u00eates mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ou peu s\u00e9rieux.<\/li>\n<li>Que vous avez des doutes sur vos propres qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Que vous ne le consid\u00e9rez pas comme un client s\u00e9rieux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mais le plus souvent, il sent d&rsquo;instinct qu&rsquo;<strong>il sera bient\u00f4t invit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9vier de SON processus d&rsquo;achat personnel pour int\u00e9grer VOTRE processus \/ tunnel de vente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Entrez donc dans mon boudoir!<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb dit l&rsquo;araign\u00e9e \u00e0 la mouche. Mais le probl\u00e8me reste entier du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de votre prospect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOUT, SAUF \u00ab \u00c7A D\u00c9PEND \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me avec \u00ab <em>\u00c7a d\u00e9pend<\/em> \u00bb, c&rsquo;est son effet cul de sac. Cette r\u00e9ponse oblige le client \u00e0 s&rsquo;engager imm\u00e9diatement dans une d\u00e9marche concr\u00e8te alors qu&rsquo;il est possiblement encore \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de se faire une id\u00e9e claire de ce qu&rsquo;il d\u00e9sire. Et comble de ridicule, alors que c&rsquo;est le moment o\u00f9 vos conseils lui seraient le plus utiles, vous lui servez une r\u00e9ponse qui le rebute et lui fait clore l&rsquo;\u00e9change.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a pourtant <strong>TELLEMENT d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9ponses possibles pour CONTINUER la conversation<\/strong> sans mettre le client sur la d\u00e9fensive. Quelques id\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O\u00f9 en \u00eates-vous dans votre d\u00e9marche? Je peux peut-\u00eatre vous donner quelques pistes \u00e0 valider avant d&rsquo;arr\u00eater votre choix. Dites-m&rsquo;en plus.<\/li>\n<li>Qu&rsquo;avez-vous essay\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;ici pour r\u00e9gler ce probl\u00e8me? Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui a fonctionn\u00e9 ou \u00e9chou\u00e9?<\/li>\n<li>J&rsquo;aimerais mieux comprendre. Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier ce probl\u00e8me pr\u00e9cis?<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 quel usage destinez-vous cet outil? Qui va s&rsquo;en servir et comment?<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 quel niveau de compr\u00e9hension de ce domaine vous situez-vous en ce moment?<\/li>\n<li>Dites-m&rsquo;en plus sur votre d\u00e9fi. Je connais peut-\u00eatre quelqu&rsquo;un dans mon r\u00e9seau qui pourrait vous aider si je ne suis pas en mesure de le faire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si on vous pose une question, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un besoin potentiel existe et qu&rsquo;on a d\u00e9not\u00e9 en vous l&rsquo;expertise et la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9clairer le chemin vers la r\u00e9solution de ce besoin. La cl\u00e9 est de <strong>sortir du <em>mode vente<\/em> et de passer en <em>mode service<\/em><\/strong>. Vous n&rsquo;avez \u00e9videmment pas \u00e0 faire une consultation sur le champ, mais vous pouvez certainement vous permettre d&rsquo;\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9reux quelques minutes pour faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier votre vis-\u00e0-vis de quelques sages conseils.<\/p>\n<p>Et si l&rsquo;on vous pose uniquement la question par int\u00e9r\u00eat, vous serez vite fix\u00e9 et pourrez moduler la conversation en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;utilisez-vous?
