\nCe livre s’inscrit dans le courant des all\u00e9gories portant sur les attitudes\/habitudes de vie et valeurs importantes \u00e0 adopter pour r\u00e9ussir et \u00eatre heureux. Comme ses semblables (Le barbier riche<\/em>, Qui a piqu\u00e9 mon fromage<\/em>, Les 5 Grands r\u00e8ves de vie<\/em>, Le Why Caf\u00e9<\/em>, etc.) c’est une fable d’affaires l\u00e9g\u00e8re, avec un punch final quand m\u00eame bien tourn\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Dans ce r\u00e9cit, l’auteur (lui-m\u00eame entrepreneur et coach d’affaires) nous invite \u00e0 atteindre notre r\u00e9el potentiel et \u00e0 nous introduire aux (\u00e0 ses) principes du succ\u00e8s personnel\/professionnel par l’entremise d’un processus en trois \u00e9tapes : le renouvellement personnel (self-renewal<\/em>), l’acceptation personnelle (self-acceptance<\/em>) et la confiance personnelle (self-confidence<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Ceci prend la forme de certaines attitudes \u00e0 adopter, de rituels \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans sa vie et de d\u00e9fis personnels \u00e0 relever, \u00e0 travers lesquels le h\u00e9ros du livre (Ravi) guide et accompagne son apprenti (Ethan). Je ne vous vendrai pas le punch, mais disons que, comme dans tout conte-de-f\u00e9es-d’affaires <\/em>\u00a0(comme j’aime bien les appeler), \u00e7a finit bien.<\/p>\n

C’est un gentil rappel aux choses importantes de la vie. On y parle de m\u00e9ditation, d’altruisme, de focus, de bienveillance, d’\u00e9coute et de toutes ces belles qualit\u00e9s qui font bien du sens et qui vont de soi, mais qui prennent souvent le bord dans les multiples urgences et pressions du quotidien.<\/p>\n

Personnellement, le ton un peu paternaliste de ces r\u00e9cits qui tentent de me faire la le\u00e7on par personnage interpos\u00e9 m’irrite un peu, mais l’histoire comme telle est int\u00e9ressante. Au pire, \u00e7a all\u00e8ge des lectures d’affaires trop pratico-pratiques.<\/p>\n

Fait cocasse, le nom de l’auteur Sukhraj<\/strong> lui fut donn\u00e9 par sa grand-m\u00e8re et signifie \u00ab\u00a0Le leader heureux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Bref, si vous aimez les histoires qui se terminent toujours bien, c’est tout \u00e0 fait pour vous. Vous aimerez \u00e9galement The Go-Giver<\/em><\/a> et Le Pouvoir magique des relations d’affaires<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n
