Simple? Pas vraiment.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>La collaboration plut\u00f4t que la concurrence<\/h2>\n<p>La peur de la concurrence est omnipr\u00e9sente lorsque l&rsquo;on d\u00e9marre en affaire. Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es que l&rsquo;on r\u00e9alise (ou que l&rsquo;on accepte) qu&rsquo;on a besoin des autres si on d\u00e9sire survivre, cro\u00eetre, s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir. C&rsquo;est une sorte de \u00ab\u00a0socialisation\u00a0\u00bb des affaires.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9vident que la concurrence existe r\u00e9ellement, mais pour l&rsquo;entrepreneur aguerri, elle n&rsquo;est pas une menace. Elle n&rsquo;est en fait qu&rsquo;une autre fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;apprendre ce que les autres font mieux que lui et o\u00f9 il doit s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer. Elle est aussi une occasion d&rsquo;aller \u00ab se coller \u00bb au succ\u00e8s. Comment? Simplement en faisant de ses concurrents des alli\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re ligne. En fait, on a tout avantage \u00e0 se faire l&rsquo;ami, sinon le collaborateur ou m\u00eame le partenaire d&rsquo;un concurrent dont on admire les pratiques d&rsquo;affaires; d&rsquo;autant plus si on poss\u00e8de certaines cordes \u00e0 son arc que ce concurrent n&rsquo;a pas, et vice-versa.<\/p>\n<p>Comment se fait-il que certaines personnes semblent conna\u00eetre tout le monde et ne sont jamais prises au d\u00e9pourvu lorsqu&rsquo;un probl\u00e8me se pointe? Parce qu&rsquo;elles ont su d\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9seau de contacts solide justement \u00c0 CAUSE de leur philosophie de collaboration. Elles \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sentes pour les autres par des conseils et des gestes concrets, et les autres sont l\u00e0, \u00e0 leur tour, pr\u00eats \u00e0 mettre l&rsquo;\u00e9paule \u00e0 la roue en retour.<\/p>\n<p>O\u00f9 je veux en venir avec tout \u00e7a? Au fait que je r\u00e9alise tous les jours combien mes collaborateurs et partenaires d&rsquo;affaires sont importants. Combien ils sont pr\u00e9cieux tant pour mes affaires que pour ma propre sant\u00e9 mentale. Ils sont l\u00e0 quand j&rsquo;ai besoin d&rsquo;eux, comme je tente moi-m\u00eame de les \u00e9pauler quand c&rsquo;est \u00e0 leur tour de vivre des coups durs ou d&rsquo;avoir besoin d&rsquo;aide.<\/p>\n<p>Plus que jamais, l&rsquo;\u00e2ge du cavalier seul est r\u00e9volu. \u00catre en affaires, c&rsquo;est plus qu&rsquo;avoir des clients. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne de l&rsquo;entrepreneur ind\u00e9pendant exige qu&rsquo;il puisse faire face aux mandats exigeants o\u00f9 plusieurs comp\u00e9tences sont requises.
