Quelques semaines plus t\u00f4t, un autre contact m\u2019offrait le m\u00eame march\u00e9 en sens inverse s\u2019il me r\u00e9f\u00e9rait \u00e0 son tour.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de mes nombreuses ann\u00e9es en affaires, j\u2019ai souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 ces demandes et elles me d\u00e9sar\u00e7onnent tout autant aujourd\u2019hui que la premi\u00e8re fois.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La pratique voulant qu\u2019un pourcentage de la valeur d\u2019une transaction soit remis \u00e0 celui ayant facilit\u00e9 l\u2019arrimage n\u2019est pas limit\u00e9e au monde interlope. Elle est couramment accept\u00e9e dans le monde des affaires et pratiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p>Et malgr\u00e9 que je comprenne le co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019acquisition d\u2019un nouveau client, c\u2019est une pratique que j\u2019ai scrupule \u00e0 pratiquer, que ce soit en amont ou en aval. Voici pourquoi.<\/p>\n<h2>Commission &#8211; vs- Kick back -vs- R\u00e9f\u00e9rence fortuite<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 priori, je d\u00e9sire pr\u00e9ciser que ceci n\u2019est pas une lanc\u00e9e contre ceux dont le m\u00e9tier est de faire du d\u00e9marchage pour toucher ensuite une commission sur les nouveaux clients ainsi acquis. Mais partant du principe qu\u2019un *vrai* <em>vendeur \u00e0 commission<\/em> doit trouver, solliciter, qualifier, informer, \u00e9duquer et finalement (peut-\u00eatre) gagner\/signer un nouveau client, n\u2019est-ce pas pour ces efforts que sa commission lui est pay\u00e9e?<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d\u2019une simple r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0<em>Connais-tu quelqu\u2019un qui \u2026 ?<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb et o\u00f9 nous avons tous nos contacts \u00e0 distance du doigt sur nos t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents, l\u2019effort de r\u00e9f\u00e9rer est-il si grand qu\u2019il justifie r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration? Ou si, comme je le crois, devrait-il simplement s\u2019inscrire dans le d\u00e9sir de r\u00e9f\u00e9rer une ressource qu\u2019on sait comp\u00e9tente \u00e0 une personne \u00e0 qui on d\u00e9sire rendre service?<\/p>\n<p>Mon grand-p\u00e8re disait souvent\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>O\u00f9 il y a de l\u2019homme, il y a de l\u2019hommerie!<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb Cette v\u00e9rit\u00e9 bien connue constate que l\u2019homme est faible et sera g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement port\u00e9 \u00e0 favoriser les situations o\u00f9 il y trouve un avantage personnel. La tendance sera donc de r\u00e9f\u00e9rer une ressource qui vous offre des cadeaux plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une autre qui se contente de vous remercier chaleureusement, et ce, souvent au d\u00e9triment du client. Commission Charbonneau, nous voici!<\/p>\n<p>Ma culture d\u2019entreprise \u00e9tant de placer les int\u00e9r\u00eats du client avant les miens, r\u00e9f\u00e9rer une personne comp\u00e9tente si je ne suis pas en mesure de remplir un mandat donn\u00e9 me vient tout naturellement.<\/p>\n<p>Offrez-moi des fleurs, payez-moi un verre lors d\u2019un 5 \u00e0 7 ou donnez-moi une bonne tape dans le dos et je serai r\u00e9jouie.
