FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are we obligated by law to provide a French version of our Web site?

According to Article 52 of the Charte de la langue française du Québec and a judgement delivered by the Court of Québec in the Québec (P.G.) -vs- Hyperinfo Canada inc. cause, (J.E. 2002-199 (C.Q.)), the answer is YES if you are a company based in Quebec and that your clientele or the market you're targeting is at least partly located in Quebec.
