Download the filter user manual and take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with its basic functions to make the most of your filter and maximize its efficiency.
To manage your specific mailbox's anti-spam filter, go to http://filter.natmark.net/ to make sure no message is stuck in there.
Add, in the anti-spam filter, all your correspondents' emails to your friends list to make sure their messages will always be accepted.

Enough is enough!

The filter is calibrated so e-mail is blocked when it reaches a certain score and triggers the filter. All e-mails not reaching the critical score are let through. When applied to a domain, the spam filter covers all e-mails send to any mailbox from that domain. So individual registration of new e-mails for a given domain is unnecessary.

Control you own score

However, machines being what they are, nothing is perfect. Some spam will inevitably still find its way to your mailbox, since professional spammers study detection tools to get around them. Also, there is always the possibility that some legitimate e-mail might be blocked. With the present settings, 80% to 90% of spam is blocked.

For this reason, the filter was set up so specific score ratings can be applied to specific domains. If you think you still receive too much spam, the score can be raised and vice-versa. If you are really scared about legitimate mail being blocked and business opportunities lost, a special function can be activated to reroute and quarantine the e-mails believed to be spam to a specific area, which you can periodically check to make sure nothing in there is worth saving.

In all probability, most business related e-mails should go through without a hitch. But if such a problem should arise, you only need to provide us with the e-mail that is being unwillingly blocked and it will be added to your domain's "white list". Future messages coming from this e-mail address will find their way to your mailbox from then on.

It also blocks many viruses!

But that's not all. Our new filter also blocks many of the current viruses. Updated regularly, the filter looks for e-mails suspected of containing computer viruses and automatically blocks them at the door. This considerably lowers your risk of infection, since most computer viruses are now using e-mail to propagate. However, note that the filter does NOT replace the need for an antivirus or firewall on your computer.
